Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This happens rarely and approved on case by case basis.
If your item is approved as damaged, you must mail it back to us and we will refund you minus the initial and return shipping cost. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
